Food Designer / Research Chef / Product Lead

Hi!

A maker at heart, I'm a designer turned culinary entrepreneur with over 12 years experience in developing products for health food brands across the US and Asia. I thrive at the intersection of food, health and design, am in my final year for a master's in Food Science, and am currently exploring the world of dietary care for older adults in San Francisco. Through studying Food Systems and Food Science at New York University, and plant-based nutrition from Cornell, I grew a passion for discovering how cultivating relationships with food can lead to better health, both individually and collectively.

I take a hands-on approach to leading product development through direct cross-functional collaboration, rapid prototypes and feedback synthesis. I perform deep dives into supply chain and business operations, and work to develop product and process solutions that align with a company's core values. I work with chefs, production teams and company leadership to develop food products and concepts that are both imaginative yet feasible for scaling up in effective, efficient and sustainable ways.
